Michigan Bankers Title of Mid Michigan has partnered with SHRR Exchange Company who will serve as a Qualified Intermediary for 1031 like kind exchanges.
A like kind exchange allows investors to buy and sell business or investment property while deferring tax liability. These transactions offer investors and business people a reliable strategy to protect and grow their real estate and other capital asset holdings. A successful 1031 Exchange allows the investor to reinvest 100% of the equity from the sale of their "relinquished" property into the purchase of a properly identified "replacement" property, without recognizing any gain.

They are well-equipped to manage even the most sophisticated and complicated transactions.
