Michigan Bankers Title of Mid Michigan is aware of the struggle involved in the building process due mainly to the domino effect of relying on others to complete the build. Deadlines can be delayed and may be costly. By contacting us in the early stages of the build we can:

• Make you aware of any title problems.
• Promptly assist with the completion of a transaction that may have been seriously delayed.
• Our office will help you establish ownership rights to assure local government that a project may proceed as planned, which normally expedites plat approval.
• Promptly furnish title for individual lots in a new development.
• Provide self-calculating sworn statements in an Excel spreadsheet format.
• Provide lien waivers.

Our underwriter will insure titles to individual lots in a development on a mass production basis, often at a reduced rate, so new Owners title policies can be promptly furnished to home buyers after updating the title work, rather than following extensive and time-consuming back searches upon the issuance of each policy.
